1945 Born in Ishinomori, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.
1955 Began copying reproductions of work by Jacques Villon,Kupka,Matisse and Picasso at the age of 10.
1969 After graduation from Toyo Art School, worked as a graduate assistant. Entered the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris and began studying in the atelier of Gustave Singer, which lasted until1974.
1970 Traveled to Egypt, saw the Great Pyramid and was greatly impressed with this primal model of geometrical structure.
1973 Met Michel Seuphor (art critic) and Kenjiro Okamoto in Paris, beginning a lifelong association which was to have great influence on his work.
1976 He was asked Pagani museum to create a mosaic. Italy
1979 Disagree with the principles of vertical , Paris
1986-2004 Elected to executive committee of “Grands et Jeunes d’Aujourd’hui”.
1988 Miyagi five at the invitation exhibition, Museum of Miyagi Prefecture. Sendai
